Yes, you can add as many delivery addresses as you like under your account.

Can I permanently delete my account?

From “My Account,” you can check active orders, view past purchases, and update your contact or delivery details.

Do I need a password to log in?

No. You can securely log in anytime using your registered mobile number and OTP.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed are delivered within two - three business days, depending on the service location.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free on orders above ₹499.

Can you deliver to my office?

Yes, we can deliver to both homes and workplaces, as long as someone is available to receive the order.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If no one is available to collect your order during the delivery attempt, it will be returned to us and the payment will not be refunded.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund in case of genuine product or delivery issues, provided you raise a request within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share a clear picture of the product. Please note: personal taste preferences do not qualify for a refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are credited to your original source of payment instantly. Bank refunds may take up to 7 days.

No. BackBay mineral water is 100% natural and contains no preservatives, additives, or artificial flavors. The water is bottled directly at the source and sealed to maintain its natural purity for up to 365 days.
