  • Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, and external factors beyond our control.
  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, BackBay shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers to ship your orders.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • BackBay will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

  • In case of delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries, please contact us at support@backbay.life within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • BackBay reserves the right to investigate the issue with the courier partner before issuing a replacement or refund (if applicable).

  • At present, we ship across India.

Non-Business Days

  • Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
